MarkAds provides Media Buying, Email Marketing, Web Development, and Affiliate Marketing services. The scope of work will be agreed upon between the client and MarkAds.

• Any misuse of our website, including hacking attempts, will result in legal action.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services must be made as per the agreed contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and strategies provided by MarkAds remain the intellectual property of MarkAds, unless transferred in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

MarkAds is not liable for:

• Any losses due to third-party service providers (e.g., ad platforms, hosting services).
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if there is a violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
